Lotus Flowers representing the owners, their journeys, their hearts united in one dream. The lotus is a powerful symbol. It blooms pure and beautiful, even from the muddiest waters. It symbolizes resilience, rebirth and new beginnings. It reminds us that something elegant and meaningful can emerge from imperfect situations. In March 2024, the logo and name LA CASA DALISAY are officially certified and registered with the Philippine Intellectual Property Office (IPO) — a legal stamp on a deeply personal dream. In October 2025, the Business License and Permit to Operate was granted. It’s a clear message from God --- “It is time”. From there, the final touches began — filling the space with everything needed for a full buffet and café experience, putting heart into every corner of LA CASA DALISAY and preparing for its doors to officially open in 20th December 2025.
